RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Customer Returns: Due to the nature of products sold by us, we provide replacement only if the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect / damage (or) if an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website. We might request you to share images of the faulty product/s for your order to qualify as a return or exchange:
- You must raise a return request by emailing us on impexblr@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order along with reason for your return and images to justify the same.
- Once our team has approved the return/exchange, the product has to be shipped by you to the address mentioned by our team. The goods should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is approved and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with and the product should be in its perfect condition.
- Refund/Exchange will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality. Refund/Exchange of products is solely at the discretion of Impex International.
- For returned products, which qualify as approved at our warehouse, refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway within 5-7 working days.
Courier Returns: Goods that are not delivered to the buyer and are marked as ‘Returning to Origin’ will be returned to our warehouse. When we receive the returned shipment, the following scenarios will be taken into account:
Incorrect Address – If the address provided by the customer for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, the customer will be charged Rs. 75 for correcting the address and re-attempting the delivery.
Consignee Default – If the product is not delivered due to any reason pertaining to consignee default and it eventually goes unclaimed upon subsequent attempts and is returned back to us, you will be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
Lost Shipment – If the courier is lost in transit, the same has to be informed to our team so we can track the location of the courier. Once we track the same, our team will contact you to discuss the status of the order and take necessary actions in accordance with the customer.
Cancellations: The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled before processing at our end, lost or undelivered due to courier default to your preferred location. To cancel an order, please contact our team at the earliest. Impex International reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
